Magnesium Glycinate
Three capsules, after dinner, every night.
It builds over three weeks.
Magnesium is not a sedative. Nothing happens on night one. That is how it works.
We'd rather you knew before.
Most magnesium is oxide.
Cheap to make, poorly absorbed, and the reason so many people say magnesium "upsets my stomach." Glycinate is absorbed through amino-acid pathways instead.
What a night costs.
A $12 bottle of oxide is thirteen cents a night for magnesium that mostly passes through. Cost per night only counts the part you absorb.
The whole ingredient list.
Magnesium chelated to two molecules of the amino acid glycine. Chelation routes absorption through amino-acid transporters rather than the osmotic pathway used by oxide and citrate. The 275 mg declared is elemental magnesium, not the mass of the chelate.
Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, a plant-derived cellulose used as the two-piece capsule shell. No gelatin or animal derivatives.
A trace excipient that maintains powder flow during encapsulation, holding fill weight consistent across the batch. Used in place of magnesium stearate.
No milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, or sesame. No gluten added at any step.
Cool, dry place, lid closed. Leave the desiccant in the bottle. Do not use if the seal under the cap is broken.
Ask a doctor first if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or have reduced kidney function. Take at least two hours apart from antibiotics, bisphosphonates and thyroid medication. Keep out of reach of children.

Quality without the guesswork.
A daily supplement should be simple, clearly labeled, and easy to understand. Oliture is built around ingredient transparency, one straightforward dose, and a formula with nothing you can’t pronounce.
A bottle, a card, and nothing else.

"We got tired of reading labels sideways. Every bottle on the table buried the number that matters: 500 mg of compound, mostly oxide."
So we made the bottle we wanted to buy. One mineral, one form, the elemental dose printed on the front, and a label simple enough to read at a glance. It is a boring product, on purpose. The interesting part should be your sleep.
